Terms of Service

1. Services

Kalai Marine provides custom marine canvas products including biminis, sprayhoods, and dock covers. All products are custom-made to order based on customer specifications.

2. Order Process

1. Customer submits quote request with required information
2. Kalai Marine provides detailed quote within 3 business days
3. Upon acceptance, 50% deposit is required to begin production
4. Remaining balance due upon delivery and installation

3. Delivery & Installation

• Delivery timeline: 4-6 weeks from order confirmation
• Installation included in all quotes
• Customer must be present for installation
• Delivery area: European Union countries

4. Warranty

All products carry a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or exposure to harsh conditions are not covered.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for full refund. After 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply based on production progress.

6. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
• Remaining balance due upon delivery
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card
• All prices in EUR, excluding VAT where applicable
